Suja Katarya - CEO
Suja Katarya is the Co-Founder, Executive Chair, and CEO of Procure Analytics. Previously, Suja was Vice President for Strategic Programs at Consolidated Container Company (CCC), where she focused on acquisitions and integration of the acquired companies.
Prior to CCC, Suja worked as a Director at Unisource. Suja started her career with SunTrust Bank in their Mergers and Acquisitions group, and then moved on to SunTrust Equity Partners focusing on equity and mezzanine debt investments.
Suja has an MBA from Georgia Tech and an engineering degree from RV College in India. She resides with her husband and two children in Atlanta.
Heidi Humphries - Senior Director of Member Advisory
Heidi joined Amicus in 2016 and is responsible for helping to define and lead the growth strategy for both new and existing customers across all industries globally. In this role, Heidi leads a sales team that works to understand the needs of large manufacturers and supply chain trends in order to develop and communicate the value proposition of Amicus's Source-to-Pay and Tail Spend services. Heidi has held previous similar roles within Amicus including Global Sales Executive and Director of Global Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Amicus, Heidi worked for xpedx (now Veritiv) in several roles including Outside Sales and Group Price Manager. In this last role, Heidi helped to develop and implement a new distributor pricing model in the U.S.
Tara Thompson - Senior Director, Member Advisory
Tara Thompson joined the Procure Analytics Team as a Sr. Manager in March 2017. Prior to joining PA, Tara worked for four years at Georgia-Pacific LLC where she started in Demand Planning for the Commercial division, supporting the paper mills in optimizing line time and product schedules. She then moved to Manager of Outsourced Planning for the Innovation Team, focusing on the new product lines in Chemical Solutions. Prior to GP, Tara worked for four years in various Supply Chain roles at The Home Depot, mainly focused on Inventory Planning and Optimization. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Marketing from the University of Alabama, Huntsville. Tara currently resides in Marietta, GA with her husband, Scott, and daughter, Lucy.
Amit Mendiratta - Vice President of Amicus Technology.
As VP of Technology at Amicus, Amit spearheads the global development and execution of our IT strategy. His focus is on aligning technology with our business objectives, driving process efficiencies, and leveraging technological advancements. Amit oversees our enterprise-wide application portfolio, including critical modules for source-to-pay, order management, accounting, and data analytics. He is committed to addressing the evolving needs of our clients and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration across the supply chain and commercial business processes.
Prior to joining Amicus, Amit worked as a consultant for Ranal, where his software consulting engagements included high-visibility projects at Worldspan and Galileo (now owned by Travelport, a global provider of travel technology and information for travel agents). He also worked for Crompton Greaves India Ltd as a software engineer, where he was instrumental in transforming their GenRad equipment testing methodology.
Darren Cabble - Purchasing Director
Darren is responsible for managing Amicus's client purchasing services for a portfolio of major industrial manufacturing clients, where he focuses on improving bottom-line results through strategic sourcing initiatives, MRO procurement optimization, and supplier relationship management. His role includes overseeing procurement operations, developing customer-specific sourcing strategies, managing supplier performance, and leading a team responsible for sourcing, quoting, purchase order management, supplier management, and expediting activities.
Darren began his career with Amicus in 2007 and has held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Expeditor, Buyer, Category Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Purchasing Director. Throughout his tenure, he has helped clients achieve significant cost savings by leveraging aggregated MRO spend and managing extensive supplier networks on their behalf, allowing clients to focus on their core operations while benefiting from Amicus's procurement expertise.
Darren played an instrumental role in the expansion of DSSI International in 2015, helping launch the organization's European operations and spending a year supporting the business abroad. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Central Michigan University.
Rimas Polteraitis - Business Unit Director
Rimas is responsible for managing Amicus's client purchasing services for several major clients where he focuses on assisting clients by improving their bottom-line results and driving operational efficiencies. This role includes managing Amicus performance, meeting our clients' planned goals and objectives with customer-specific strategies, and acting as the liaison with the customers' executive management. Rimas has a degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. He has been working at Amicus since 2000 where he has held various positions in Purchasing and Client Management. Early in his career at Amicus he worked onsite at General Motors as an electrical & industrial MRO buyer.
Dua'Juor Autrey-Nill – Business Unit Director
Dua'Juor Autrey-Nill is responsible for managing Amicus's client purchasing services for several major clients where she focuses on assisting clients by improving their bottom-line results and driving operational efficiencies. This role includes managing Amicus performance, meeting our clients’ planned goals and objectives with customer-specific strategies, and acting as the liaison with the customers' executive management. Dua'Juor began her career at Amicus in 2000 and has held many roles, including that of Senior Buyer for the Industrial and Electrical Commodity, Client Manager and Client Executive. Dua'Juor played an instrumental role in helping launch Amicus’s EU operations in 2014. Prior to Amicus, Dua'Juor worked for Daimler Chrysler, where she was a Purchasing Specialist, managing Tier 1 service spend in the Brake and Exhaust Systems category.
Randy Oak – Business Unit Director
Randy is responsible for managing Amicus's client purchasing services for several major clients where he focuses on assisting clients by improving their bottom-line results and driving operational efficiencies. This role includes managing Amicus performance, meeting our clients' planned goals and objectives with customer-specific strategies, and acting as the liaison with the customers' executive management. Randy holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State and has been with Amicus for over 25 years. He has held various positions in Purchasing and Category Management and played an instrumental role in supporting the initial foundation of Amicus's Mexico business entity Sourcing Direct International, S.de R.L. de C.V
Brian Savage - Vice President Operations
As Vice President of Operations at Amicus, Brian Savage oversees the
management of client purchasing services for all Amicus and Amicus accounts.
His role involves developing and executing customized strategies to meet and
exceed client expectations, including improving operational efficiency, reducing costs,
and enhancing overall performance. With a strong emphasis on client satisfaction,
Brian serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, fostering strong relationships
and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Brian joined Amicus in 2003 and has held various positions in Purchasing and Client
Management. Brian was named one of Supply & Demand Chain Executive's "Pros to Know" in 2015 for his work in supporting Amicus's
EU operations.
Chief Operating Officer
Mrugaya (Mu) Wagh joined the PA Team as a Director in September 2013. Prior to joining PA, Mu worked at the American Cancer Society in the Health Promotion department to optimize the performance of programs and services offered to patients and caregivers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai, India.
After relocating to the United States, Mu attended the Naveen Jindal School of Business at University of Texas, Dallas where she earned her M.B.A. in Organization and Strategic Planning and is a founding member of the first MBA Society and the first Career Fair for their School of Management students. She lives with her husband and two children in North Atlanta since 2006.
Mike Oldani - Director of Category Management
As the Director of Category Management at Amicus, Mike manages a team that is responsible for defining Amicus's overall sourcing strategy across North America. This includes understanding the capabilities of a multitude of suppliers across many commodities, taking on regular cyclical bidding to ensure market competitive pricing and thoughtfully consolidating the preferred supply base to deliver a comprehensive indirect materials strategy to Amicuss customers. Mike joined the company in 1998 and has held several roles including Client Management, Director of Sourcing Strategy and Business Unit Director. Prior to Amicus, Mike worked for Environmental Research, where he held several professional buying roles including Subcontract Manager and Buyer for their largest division.
Karen Probst - Vice President & Controller
Karen Probst joined Procure Analytics in 2023 as Controller. Prior to joining PA, she was the Director of Treasury for Intercontinental Exchange Inc. (ICE), one of the largest exchanges and clearing houses in the world and parent to the New York Stock Exchange. Karen began her career in Deloitte’s Audit practice. She holds a BBA in Accounting and MS in Finance, both from Texas A&M University, and is a CPA. She resides in Atlanta with her husband and three children.
